I need a mechanical engineer to certify my car for nsw roads, its a ae92 sx with 20valve blacktop conversion, anyone got any people that are cheap n get the job done :P I'm kinda strapped for cash atm with uni n stuff, but i really need my car on the road soo i can get to uni n stuff, soo HELPPPP PLEASEEEE. THANKSSS
