I am just curious as to how big to jet a webber on a 4k and what would be a decent size cam re - grind to still be able to drive it on the street with out it being like it has a massive turbo on it :y:

get a sensible cam re-grind profile, ie. not too much lift and duration for street use.

then get your carby jetted by a mechanic/dyno tuned, or its just a trial and error process with jetting... if you do it yourself

Have a bit of a look in the FAQ. From what I can remember there was some info on a few different cam grinds in there.

Tighe 104, All the lift you want and no aggressive idle, nice torque delivery..
