hey guys,

i thought i should finally do up one of these,

I have and 82 ke70, i bought this car for just a learner drift car to get down the basics first. i had plans to drop a 13bt into it but i am pretty sure that its illegal in queensland :D , at the moment its pretty standard, with 4k and 5spd box, chopped and sitting on bump stops and locked diff. i have resprayed it gloss black(its not perfect) took me awhile to do in my garage and limited time...

i need coilovers and some dishies really bad.....

its not finished just yet. there is a rust repair to be done.( thanks to mungi mods) thanks.

and install a stereo, gauges, tacho etc fiddly stuff

hehe its good enough mate...

 

so you drift with a 4K? is the car basically bog stock? no suspension mods?

thats about it just chopped springs, stock 4k.

high revs and 1st gear gets it going ok, once it hits second it just wants to spin. i have only had it on the track once...

and if all goes well ill have it back out there next week... fingers crossed :y:
