i got a few flywheels sitting around 3k and 4k gonna put a 5spd behind my 3k ke35 just wondering i was talking to a bloke bout corollas and he told me the motors respond really well to a lightened fly are the 3k and 4k the same weight and if i machined it how much weight would u take off? Anyone on here running a lightened fly and whats the weight

G`day mate, I have both 3k (so I was told)and 4k flywheels here also but my 3k has 5 bolt holes and my 4k 6. I`ve never weighed either but I seem to remember a thread somewhere that tells the weight of 4k.

Apparently looking at 17lbs for a 4K and 22lbs for a 3K.
