iam swaping my 2t engine for a 4agze but i need a gear box ,i found a w58 box [celica]but i wanted to find out if i got to change my drive shaft as well

Very possible. I think the easiest thing to do would be while the shaft is out of the car see if it fits up to the g'box. Another thing you might have to look at is length - the w58 g'box might be longer then the g'box in the car already and if it is you'll be looking at having to shorten the shaft as well.

i do believe that if you have a t series gearbox the shaft may need to be shortened, are they the same spline output?
