Ae102r Swaybar Mount

i'v got a AE102r, and the stearing felt a bit sloppyer than normal i pulled up and had a look and found this

 

 

 

 

anyone had this happen befor, and what would you do to fix it

Nope but i've heard it happening to the rear mount on the '07 lancer, thankfully its only a bolt on job. But by the look of it the bracket was welded to the control arm. Maybe grind off the weld and re-weld it or see if one can be picked up from the wreckers or ditch that whole link pin setup and drill a hole though the control arm using the older styled link pin setup (maybe rose jointed for overkill) like the earlier ae's used
