Duffy The Yellow Datsun

Bought this of on older guy who had retired and was moving away back in October. Meet my one owner datsun!, The old owner was almost in tears as I drove it away, he told me he had had it for the last 25 years and to him it was like cutting a limb off his body.

 

When I got it home I went over it, the drivetrain has been meticulously looked after, not a single weep of oil, the body has been polished within an inch of its life, 4 small spots of rust smaller than a 5c peice.

 

Almost 2 months later I can't see myself without my datsun, its been very reliable so far, maybe used a litre of oil. Sure she can be cranky first thing in the morning when shes cold but who isnt?

 

Plans? I will be painting the wheels silver again, finish off the rust repairs (done two of them) Drive it and enjoy it.
