with mounts first thing first get the angle grinder out and cut all the old ones of the crossmember. that will take you a couple of hours then grind, sand and paint the cross member.

then i used a s2 rx7 round engine mount rubber. weld on to the chassie rails with the motor in place you might have to use a jack under the engine to get it placed right i.e hight.

you will have to custom make a front crossmeber from the front of the rotar use the rotary cross member and mod that. so it will reach from side to side.

this will take you some time if you do it your self.

there is no easy way or kits made for this.

but it looks like you got some good stuff ther and all for a 2000 model yzf

thanks, i think i have the front braket sorted i have made a wood template and have an engineer mate coming tommorow arv to double check my work and laser cut the bracket back at his work if it all measures up. Next obstacle to attack is the exhaust, i have ordered some 2 1/2" pipe and some bends through work (nice and cheap$30 for 3m of 2 1/2" straight exhaust pipe and $4.50 per 12" bend, 90deg and 45's). I will have to look at the radiator cause i'm having second thoughts on using the VL rad, not liking the mounting of it  . I will post some more pictures as i go, but coming up to christmas things might slow slightly. :P

ok crazy man its all ready to go and you can have the themo make sure you find the wiring in the box.

also so with your front cross member look at the bottom radiator hose will it fit on the water pump and rad.

just to save you some time dummy fit the rad.

i had this issues and the s2 oil coolers are the hardest to fit do what kangarosa did and get a differenet type
