hey guys just seeing if anybody would know about the aircon when i turn the aircon on the revs bounce up and down constantly to 1000rpm to 200rpm and stalls this is when the temp is middle and normal! i have to stop the aircon at the lights as the car turns of would anybody know the problem!

i would imagine there would be an idle pickup for the aircon to stop it stalling but I'm unsure i know in my 55 the revs used to drop and i would have to keep my foot on the accelerator a bit to stop it from stalling but thats because there was no idle pickup or it didnt work, perhaps you have a faulty idle pick up or something?

i had the a/c on when i was putting the shopping in the boot, flooded the engine that much the battery almost went flat but a couple of sprays of aerogaurd down the carby helped it :jamie:
