  7. ive got my pack reset and another 2nd leaf/kyb shocks. still floats around like a boat
  8. best bit is that it isnt revving past 5000rpm LOL needs 3.55 or 3.78 to utilize more of the torque/mid range power
  9. cam is now retarded 3 degrees as it was lacking top end before. only things holding back on the power is the cam and exhaust. I'm not driving it anymore when its raining if you know what i mean.

  15. crow did 2 grinds but both werent big enough for my application. cam card reads Intake Exhaust Valve Lash .008 .012 Valve Lift 440" 440" Advertised Duration 280° 280° Duration @ .050" 230° 230° Lobe Center 102° 118° Intake Opens 13° BTDC Intake Closes 37° ABDC exhaust opens 45bbdc exhuast closes 5 atdc. what I'm reading off my engine intake opens 9btdc intake closes 33abdc exhaust opens 52 BBDC exhaust closes 10btdc. as you can see nothing matches up. fml

  17. lc engeering provide me with a cam and cam card but the figures when it opens and closes don't match. they recommend running it anyways :rant: . 3 weeks ago the engine should of been in and running :rant: :rant: :rant:
  18. motor parts available for 22r ;). hence my decision from 18r to 22r.
  19. jack it up so the front wheels are off the ground then start it and go lock to lock. recheck the fluid level after everytime doing it
  20. clutch mod is 90% done went to my local wreckers and found a ford courier thermostat housing that looks nice and neat.
  21. put a couple hundred kg's worth of bodys in the boot for a week. should make it settle
  22. 3psi is specified pressure. there also gravity feed on the bike as the fuel tank sits higher than the carbs problem 1. thermostat problem 2. W50 is hydro (I'm NOT CONVERTING!!!!!!) simple looking system. wil be making something like that with 10mm steel with a bearing or brass bush in the centre. adjustable push rod and should work like a charm ;)

I can't throw it around the shed like I used to with 4k's lol waiting on the adjustable cam gear from the states. was trying to dialing in the cam but the best i could get it was 5 degrees retarded. facet pump on its way. 3psi is perfect for the motorbike carbs. cannotttt waiitttttt :D
