ok so about to pull my old one all ready timing case of just want to know if i should mark anything before i take it out and how do i go about putting it bak in properly and all setup detailed instructions would be awesome cause don't want to have to go about redoing it all again so any help appreciated

No real need to mark anything, your crank sprocket and cam sprocket will already have marks on them. When you go to put it back in you need to have these marks in line, but as far apart from one another. If that makes sense.

 

There's a diagram around here somewhere....

 

Or get a workshop manual.
