Ae101 4afe Timing Belt Query

A friend with benefits has not replaced her timing belt in a while. Does she know how long? Of course not LOL!

So exactly how hard is it to change the timing belt? I have done it on 4cyl Volvos a few times but not on an east west motor.

Any advice appreciated and yes I have FAQed.
