Silvertop 20v Mods

hey guys,

i have recently bought a sx rolla with a silvertop 20v in it. i was hopeing to get some advice on some good mods i can do to the engine. it already has APEXi 4-1 swirlpot extractors with 2.25" exhaust(is this a good set up). i was thinking of putting a microtech computer and velocity stacks instead of the CAI are these good for the 20v and could you suggest anything else?

This was the last thread about microtech ecus. They work, but alot of people have had issues in the past with them.

Microtech ecus. I say this to everyone who asks about ecus - find a tuner that you trust and ask them what ecu they like to work with.

 

The cold air induction is a good thing in a FWD 20V. The intake is crammed up against the firewall, where the air that you'd be feeding the motor has to pass around the hot motor before getting to the intake if you had open quads. Some RWD 20V owners that I know want an airbox because of engine bay temps.
