Disc Brake Conversion

hi everyone i decided that i wanna do a rear disc break conversion on my corolla ae80 it got drums at the moment but i want disc since i going to make my car a sleeper and i wanna do the breaks first so i can stop lol :lolcry: so if you know how to do it can you tell me i tried looking on the net but they keep saying this shop and that shop i wanna do it my self and save money also what brake disc and pads would be best
