Hey guys, i'm after some portawalls for my car, in 13s. and i am wondering if anyone knows of any shops in SA that would sell them. something like a hotrod shop? its that or i need to ebay them but am looking close to home first.

He is not there all the time, so call first before you drive there to see him. He always has 13's to 15's in stock of the Atlas brand. They are good and he is a top bloke. About $140 now I think.

Forgive my ignorance, but what are portawalls?

 

Incidentally, my housemate has just purchased a whitewall machine and is doing great work. Based Nth Eastern suburbs but will come to you. Cheaper than SA whitewalls too. Can also do motorcycles.

Haha..... I know too many people doing whitewalls! Adelaide is flooded. We don't have enough cars!

 

Anyway, portawalls are also known as flappers. They are rubber inserts that go around the edge of your rim sitting flush against your tyre. They are not the easiest thing to get in place either.
