forestune Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 Heya all, i need some advice on the problem i'm having with my KE36 panelvan. For a while now the rear right wheel has been locking spontaneously, the vehicle has seen a number of mechanics and the problem has not been diagnosed. I'm pretty sure its not the diff or the gearbox, and am leaning toward the issue being with the brakes, even though this has been checked out. Has anyone had experience with this issue? Does anyone know a good mechanic in the Hobart area for old corolla's? Cheers for the help. Quote

It's probably just your brakes being OVER adjusted, for memory it's an easy fix, take the back right hand drum off and there's a cog-like wheel in there you can adjust with a flathead screwdriver. You're best off asking your local mechanic about it. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AND I'M NOT A MECHANIC :D Quote
