Hey, New Member With '83 Wagon

Hey, I'm from North Carolina, just picked up a 1983 wagon and I'm ready to start work on it. I am a bit confused about the suspension on these cars as far as interchangeability goes. The rear is leaf spring, but is the front the same as all e70's? I'm still confused by all the chassis designations.

 

It seems people like to run ae86 coilovers up front, what all parts do I need for this conversion?

 

Mainly just wondering what springs/shocks I can use really for a budget setup in the front, thanks.

AE86 stuff bolts straight in the front. Also the corona xt130 shocks work. There are copious amounts of rides threads that have covered it, just have a hunt.
