rke_011 Posted August 1, 2011 Report Posted August 1, 2011 Hey, i got a carby turbo setup and i just got injection. the turbo setup is a one piece flange so inlet and exhaust are joined together. was planning on chopping it to fit exhaust manifold but wont fit. so i wont bother cutting. so I'm thinking of just adapting to a standard manifold.. how bad is the flow through a standard manifold? are there any manifolds that are better than others or anything?? cheers. towe001 Posted August 2, 2011 Report Posted August 2, 2011 If your talking about the intake manifold it depends on what you call a standard manifold http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?title=Tech:Engine/K_Series/Intake_manifolds Maybe the intake manifold from the later 4k (KE70) for the intake. The ports are a good size for the turbo. My thoughts anyways, i haven't been blown yet. Quote
