dear admins. it's not a huge problem or anything just wanting to know why and if it's fixable. but people's display picture is different on my iPhone to that on my PC?

Yea its displaying their profile picture. No idea why it does that instead of avatars, I'll see if I can change it.

 

Edit: Did a bit of digging, its actually storing the profile image thumbnails much smaller (something like 50x50 pixels max) than avatars. So you'll end up with a higher data usage if I switch to avatars which is rather important for most people on their mobiles.
