Depends what it's out of. If it's another KE70 then yes, otherwise (I'm pretty sure there was a ke35/55 5 speed) it will bolt up fine, but the shifter could be in the wrong location. When putting a KE70 5 speed into a KE55/35 you just cut a hole in the floor and the position is fine, I'm assuming the reverse is true for a KE70. You'll most likely have a KE70 5 speed though if you can find one.
