Hey rolla club,

 

Just a quick question i had a person try and steal the ke55 and has destroyed the ignition

Is there a way to remove the existing which has the centre pulled out.

And how hard are they to replace and whats needed to change barrels.

As i can't find anyone selling a bare steering column with ignition and keys to suit.

Hi Joel

If you take the plastic covers you with see a small hole on the side of the casting facing the drivers seat about 3mm round.

Now the tricky part, you will need to put a key in the barrel and turn the switch to ACC (first position),

Push the little button down in the hole and you should be then able to slide/wiggle out the whole key barrel.
