Where would I find them? Stupid enough question I know, but i've had a decent man's look and i've not turned up much success.

 

I'm spraying my Rolla Gunmetal Grey and I want bolt ons for my rims to sit under (or should i say on? ;) ).

 

What is the best way to go about this that people are aware of?

 

I've seen some amazing examples, this one especially (see attachments)
