Mustard Posted March 19, 2012 Report Posted March 19, 2012 I just brought a sc14 supercharge for my corolla and was wondering how do i make the clutch on the supercharge engaged all the time? If that makes sense? Quote
kickn5k Posted March 19, 2012 Report Posted March 19, 2012 You can wire the switch up to ignition power or off a missile switch. I made a billet alloy pulley for my old sc12 when I had the 5kze setup and locked it mechanically. If you want it fully locked up? I could machine something up for you. Quote
Mustard Posted March 19, 2012 Author Report Posted March 19, 2012 Yea is it hard to wire in? Or is it like possible to like weld the pulley to the clutch or somethin like that? How much would it cost to get somethin machined? Quote

How much would it cost to get somethin machined? Not overlly hard to wire in. Welding the pulley to the clutch has some issues. The pulley itself is bolted with a c nut via a bearing to the blower, then the clutch bolts over the top with the drive spline. If you weld them together and you want to change to a smaller pulley good luck getting it off. The bearing and c nut need to be retained as the drive spindle is tiny and would snap if it was the only support. I'd have to check if I had material before I'd give you a definate price though.
