Hey guys. New here.

 

So i pick up an old rolla wagon from an old bloke last week.

 

Car is pretty clean. He owned it since new.

 

Anyway, plan for the car is to service it, get it running well (its a little rough at idle and splutters now and then under load, thats the reason I came here. To learn how to do fix it) and daily it.

 

Plan after that is to lower it a little and get some nice wheels.

 

 

Oh yeah... And was wondering if anyone had polished the windscreen chrome, mine has gotten a dull and a few rust spots, so i took it off. Just not sure what too do to fix it.

Buy some Autosol or some other kind of chrome polish ( I have a tube of Blue Magic Motorbike Chrome polish).

Works a treat.

Serviced the car and replaced pretty much everything in the ignition system.. So much better to drive now.

Still spluttering now and again and a bit smokey (fuel) on start up and when i really get up it.

So i will try leaning it out a little and see what happens.

 

Also:

Wheels acquired.... Well almost. Just have to wait for them to come from japan.
