Rollajones Posted August 12, 2012 Report Posted August 12, 2012 so, i got a boot popper off a mate it should mount to the bottom right of the drivers seat? but the mount looks the wrong way (fits to left?) but isnt long enough for the left any help? pictures of how they mount or do i need to make a bracket off my seat bolt? B.L.Z.BUB Posted August 12, 2012 Report Posted August 12, 2012 (edited) It bolts to the chassis under the seat. There are 2 holes, one with a tread and one hole to align the mechanism with the threaded hole. There is the part where the seat bolt goes, the mechanism sits inside the raised hollow beam with the levers sticking out and you bolt it from the outside. You feed it in from the rear towards the front of the car. Unfortunately I didnt take any photos of when I did mine. You will need to remove the seat and carpet and cut a small hole in the carpet for the popper to stick through Yellow, mechanism Blue , cable to rear Red, bolt green, levers Edited August 12, 2012 by B.L.Z.BUB Quote
