3 Speed Auto Into Ke30 2 Door

Ok so tried to help a friend of mine out she has a 75 ke30 2door 3k with a toyo glide and I offered to fit a ke30 3speed auto for her. I got it all bolted up then realised the crossmember doesnt fit..has anyone had this problem before? Of so what did you do? I was goin to make a hybrid crossmember using the original one with the rubber mount off the sedan auto but I think it will make the box sit to high in the trans tunnel

Nope as the sedan has a 4 hole mount and the 2door only has 2 holes
