Depends how much money, time and effort you put into it.

 

Quick edit: that car looks pretty clean, the better car you start with the easier it'll be.

can be done for a couple hundred and be dodge as hell or spend a little more for a decent setup all depends on the way you want to go about it

and the amount of effort you put in

I've spent close to 10k on mine and it still looks shit. Mechanical ability, who you know, avaliability of parts, and exactly what you want from the car should all be factors.
