hey dudes, i bought my ke11 a couple of months ago, got the 3k in it and its had work done to it, without ripping it apart ive been told forgies, big cam - which i believe, and a freshen up.

Motor still runs reco 3k small port head

I have a set of 40mm sidedraft webers with manifold ive been itching to put on so i bought an extractor gasket, sused out the manifold with a good fit, then ripped the old manifold off the 3k to find 25mm intake ports.

My weber manifold needs around 32mm.

I bought a bigport head, reconditioned, lightly ported needs valve stem seals. Do i slap new stem seals in it,,... or put in 4k rocker gear, valves, guides and run the later model seals due to the whole "can't run big lift" story from how to build a tough k motor??

The way i see it is that the head has been reco'd, ready to go bar the stem seals, and it fits the weber manifold.

Should i just get some decent hd springs and stem seals and off i go or do the 4k swap??

Cheers
