TeQordeath Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 So I'm running Fuzion 195/60/14r's With baby supra celica, Spent a pretty penny on tires, My car is an everyday driver, so for a quick fix, I ground the inner fender lip off with an angle grinder, I'm lowered 2inchs in the back and the front has stock cut springs, I don't weigh much but when I have a passanger if they are hefty I still get some rub and every time I see the rash on the side walls I die inside a little more. I plan to do some fender flares eventually , but are there other alternatives? Can I bend up the fenders? What about grinding more off, has anyone done this an achieved a clean look? I really only need like 1 inch to have no rub. Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 (edited) Depends how worried you are about your paint. Rolling the guards would be the ideal way. Cutting the inner lip leaves a sharp edge, most people will hammer it flat to the out side skin leaving a rounded edge. Then you can also push the flat edge around the arch out also. In saying that theres not much to work with on *E2* guards. Edited April 3, 2013 by B.L.Z.BUB Quote
