Will S13 Struts Fit Into My Ke70??

I'm looking at these struts on gumtree but not really sure if they will actually fit into my 82 KE70?? has anyone done it before?? and needed new steering arm or anything??

You also need knuckles, arms, rack, brakes etc, basically an entire front suspension setup
