G'Day all,

So I have had this Ke38 wagos for 2 years now, and I have had it as a fantastic daily for the majority of that time.post-13301-0-92102400-1365670043_thumb.jpg

The mods only consisted of a 2" straight through exhaust and headers, reset leafs, king springs, monroe shocks and a screaming gilmer drive. It sat on glossy 15" silhouette steelies at the back with white lettering on the tyres and fresh black "front runner" ke stockies. looked and sound ridiculous and people would never want to race at the lights haha.post-13301-0-97865100-1365670072_thumb.jpg

It has been off the road for a few months now and so far I have taken the whole driveline out, put a whole hilux rear axle in, drum to drum, which was purchased previously modified to suit the chassis, there are custom RA65 struts up front with modified spring seats to house a (I think) Ke70 spring, with Kmac adjustable camber tops and as for the brakes, they're hilux rotors that have been slotted, and 4-piston hilux calipers, plus a wilwood brake booster with twin vlaves and a brake bias. Seriously overkill for the 'time-being' atmo motor but will be relevant for when the kompressor comes into the equation. A hydraulic pedal box has been fitted as well for the JDM T-50 ('time-being again').post-13301-0-11351800-1365670091_thumb.jpgpost-13301-0-95484000-1365670139_thumb.jpgpost-13301-0-15313100-1365670168_thumb.jpgpost-13301-0-31368200-1365670182_thumb.jpgpost-13301-0-64071900-1365670201_thumb.jpgpost-13301-0-76604800-1365670227_thumb.jpgpost-13301-0-54386700-1365670269_thumb.jpg

What is left to do?

-Fit motor, which is a 20v silvertop, have already dummy mounted the engine on custom mounts however bearing issues from inside the bellhousing have delayed this process, as well has having trouble finding those under-block bellhousing attachment plates to suit RWD rather than the FWD bellhousing.

-Get tailshaft made up.

-Install fuel system, yet to be purchased.

-Wiring, particularly motor. I already have a Microtech LT10s and X4 ignition/coils, just need to acquire the plugs from another 4age loom to make it all connect.

-sort out the intake, thinking of just modifying the OEM silvertop plenum thing.

-Install cooling system, consisting of custom triple core 4k radiator and davies craig digital water temp controller.

-Get an exhaust made up, as well as headers.

-Source right offsetted 14/15" 5x114.3 wheels

-Certification by the engineer.

Not much to do right..

I have not spent much time on the whole thin so far but I am getting serious about finishing it now!

Cheers
