Perthke55 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 ok, I'm sure some1 knows how to do this, i want to remove the side strip/trim, an badges on my car, ive heard mixed things like on some models they are glued on some they have clips, what type are the KE models?an whats the best method of removing them? mattl Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 Hi, don't mean to hijack your thread, but I'd be interested to know if its possible to get the chrome trims on the roof gutters off. These are picks of unusual rust i found on my window arches?looks like a pain in the arse to fix.. sorry if there big an out of focus taken with a camera phone. 4AGWANAB Posted March 1, 2006 Report Share Posted March 1, 2006 Hey when i took my badges of my ke70 they were glued on wid 2 or 3 points on the back(to fit in the holes in ur boot) I used fishing line to get em off and it worked a treat and didn't scratch my paint!! hope this helps u!!
