4Age Into Ke20 Brake Master Cylinders?

I have a 4age with EFI installed into my ke20 but am trying to find a suitable brake master cylinder with a larger bore, same bolt pattern and will allow the original metal brake lines to be mounted to it.

 

I have Magna TN brakes and rotors

This is the original ke20 master cylinder which fits fine it is just hitting the intake manifold.

Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciate.
