Ke70 Front Suspension Install

Featured Replies

hi guys. this is my first time doing any sort of suspension on a car. my problem is my ke came with cut stock front springs i pulled out the front struts and fitted some stock springs. now i can't get the bolts in the engine bay to line up and it is killing me. do i need to take out steering arms and what not just to get them to line up?? thanks :)

Are you installing them on the correct sides, brakes forwards. The three strut top holes arent an equal distance apart.

Or the spring tops are on the wrong struts.

thanks for the reply yeah they are the correct sides and i took them to a shop to put the springs on as i don't have any clamps so i assume they would be fine unless they stuffed up.

Try putting one in the opposite side. If it fits the tops are on the wrong strut.

yeah turns out that is the case lol cheers for the help :bash:
