1980 Te72 Taillight Circuit Issue

Hello first time poster from Miami, FL. I have a 1980 TE72 with a 3SG beams swap, pics below. I am having an intermittent (the hardest kind to locate...) electrical short in the taillight circuit. It constantly blows the fuse in the drivers kick panel. Any ideas where to look? Where does the harness run? I tried disconnecting the harness where it connects to the taillights, and it still blows so its not there. I looked at all the bulbs in the marker lights, taillights, etc. that this fuse controls and still nothing. Any ideas?

Cool looking ride it would be the envy of many people here ..

I had a car years ago doing the same thing, but from memory it was blowing the stop light / brake light fuses & I turned out to be the globes them selves, but as you have disconnected them on your car its obviously not the tailights, have you done the same for the front park lights too ? so you loose dash light's too ?..
