100Hp 4K?

hi all new to the corolla scene brought myfirst ke70 2months ago in process of resorting it ihave heard couple of people saying it is possible to get 100hp from a worked 4k, wondering what mods are required?

i know lots of people just do a 4age but I'm wanting to keep the 4k '
