So up for sale i have my little Mira, I bought the car almost 3 months ago and its been amazing.. Its the cheapest car i'v ever owned and one of the best considering the Air-con actually works and is amazingly cold! I bought the car as a daily to commute to work and cos ive always loved mira's, the car got some imperfections but all in all is an amazing car and will make up for anything in its style and cheapness to run! So the good is: *Working Air-Con EFI *Cheap to Run *Good space in the rear *New fake grass boot carpet *Re trimmed rear side panels *Painted rear inside black *Almost new battery *Almost new tyres *Cd player & Sony 6x8 Speaker *Cheap to rego *Comes with a couple stickers (Extra 10-15kw) The bad: *Small dent in front quarter *Got rear ended so the corner of the tailight is damaged (Still works) *Has fold in rear guard (half side of A4 paper)its really not even bad paints all fine (can show pics) *Minor oil leak (Trying to fix at the moment, I just top it up) *Rego runs out 4/3/2013 *Bonnet is now engine enamel black, to cover the DOMO i had on there. Looks 'JDM' As ʞ©$ɟ yo! Other than that this car is simply amazing, I mean it has a 25 litre fuel tank, which takes like $38.00 to fill on the worst of days and i get 500-520km's out of that with the aircon on non stop! I mean non stop! Car doesnt get hot, heater works beautifuly, cd player and speaker are clear and new, Its EFI so it starts first time everytime and never miss's a beat! Rear shocks develop a squeak/ moan when the oil in them gets warm (Probably $50 to replace i can't be stuffed its a small problem in the big picture) Chasing around $1500 I am open to offers, can help with rego at a bit of extra cost... Hey guys... This is my old ke70 that someone decided would look alot better burnt out in my driveway! I was wondering can anyone tell me what type of mirrors i had on it? There the only ones i ever saw that looked like this and i might be getting a new ke soon, and if so i want another set of these mirrors! Also, when the insurance paid out, it got sent to pickles auctions (adelaide) and i rang em up before and they said it got sold... I Was wondering did anyone from here happen to buy it? haha i loved that car! Hope it went somewhere nice <3 Cheers!

I have nothing to say about the cam, but seriously... If this is how your car behaves in traffic just because of a cam there is something wrong! I have driven plently of cammed car's, from 2 litre gemini's with larger than the largest cam available with a power band of 4000 - 7000, with said sidedraught's in traffic and no stallage! Just bring the rev's up a bit and she will be fine, i have also driven 308 burnout car's that seriosuly have like half a second of lope inbetween each idle pickup and still no stallage... If you think it will be that much of pig to drive, have you ever seen a bridge/ j port rotor? NO power at all until at least 3500 rpm and a complete DOG before that, were talking splutters, chokes, fart arseing about and the stench of unburnt fuel but still if you know how to drive your own car there will be NO stallage. If you do go big cam it will be a bitch, but soooo much better! You can't half tell i'd rather drive an absolute PIG of a car and fight with it at a daily just because i enjoy that sort of thing, rather than just drive something mildy done up because Oh well when there's some traffic i like it be "comfortable" Just my 2c..

OK for sale is my belove VL SL 5 Speed, I have had the car for a while now and i absolutely love it! But the time has come and because of cash flow i need to sell it! The vl is blue in colour, has 17 inch VX SS Mags with good tread (slight rash can't notice it unless your up close) and it lowered.. (had to put in some dodgey cut springs as i found out the front right and rear right SL Kings were cracked :P ) It has a VL Turbo MX7 gearbox which cost me $900 to buy reconditioned and then i put it in along with a new slave cylinder which cost me $65. I had a custom VL turbo LSD Diff centre made up with custom side cones to suit the 25 spline axle's which is now in need of a service (not noisy just doesnt always lock up) that cost me $450 plus $150 from a mechanic mate to get put in. The engine is a series 2 RB30 with a stage two cam, brand new lifter's, 2.5 inch Lukey extractors and full 2.5 inch Lukey Sports exhaust with no tip so it looks nice and stock. The body is in faily good condition for its age, the paint is beautiful! It has a few trolley dings and such due to working in a shopping centre All are shown in photo's! This is a great VL it is super quick for an N/A car and has seen many other commodore drivers and a few auto VL turbo drivers become quite confused when I'm still right next to them or in front Does not come with any CD player or speakers or anything because the car was stolen and whoever took it took everything! Car has only been back on the road for 2 months after being off the road for 8 has rego til june 6. Odomometre stopped at 186xxx before it came off the road in about october last year, and has only been back on the road for like 2 months? It is dark green in colour and the paint is in great condition, there is a mark on the right rear near the bumper where previous owner has bumped into there roller door but is hardly noticable. The interior is super clean and comes with frangipani seat covers and wheel cover (optional) It has a cd player with 4 stock speakers. Has legally tinted windows, mark in left rear from unknown source.. The car is due for a tran's service but for an extra $100 dollar's will have it done for you, and can also replace the plug's, leads and Oil with oil filter if it sells for the $4300. This is a great car for a first car, as it was for my girlfriend! Very easy to drive GREAT on fuel, 20 bucks gets you half tank and you can go for over a week on that.. OK guys, Its not a rolla question but someone will be able to help me.. I got my gemini that I'm doin RB30 conversion into, and ive heard about people putting ford springs into KE's for cheap stiff suspension.. Now gemini can't be much different haha. just wondering what model for springs? and what sort of work is involved? and is it effective for front and rear? OR just front, keeping in mind my gemmy is a wagon, and has like seperate sping and shocks in the rear. Cheers Daman
