unfortually the car will still stall up on me

hey guys, i really need some help with my 3k. i have no idea whats wrong with it at all. the car will idle fine in every gear but as soon as i push down on the accelerator in any gear the car will just die straight away. its a 1978 ke30 automatic. any help would be much appreciated. thanks every body

hey mate, its an auto. i don't think that it can be the reverse lights shorting because it will idle fine in reverse for a minute or so before it dies but at any point if i play with the accelerator it will die/ thanks anyway mate

it will idle for a minute or so in reverse and it does slowly move a little bit but then as soon as i touch reverse it dies on me

hey every body i got a real tricky problem with me corolla ke30 3k, everything is fine with the car it drives fine and idles fine, expect for when i need to reverse, as soon as i touch the accelartor in reverse the car just dies on me and i have no idea why. any ideas would be a great help to me. thanks every body

hey guys, i know absoulty nothing about carbie motors and i just bout a corolla with a 3k auto engine. the car will start fine and will start on as long as my foot is on the accelator, as soon as i let it off the car wont hold idle at all after a few seconds and will just die on me. I'm wondering what can i do to fix this? thanks a heap any advice is highly appreticated.
