ward0425 Posted February 28, 2010 Report Posted February 28, 2010 hey guys, i really need some help with my 3k. i have no idea whats wrong with it at all. the car will idle fine in every gear but as soon as i push down on the accelerator in any gear the car will just die straight away. its a 1978 ke30 automatic. any help would be much appreciated. thanks every body Quote

B.L.Z.BUB Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 Does it backfire too? This happened when i was changing out my accelerator plunger. There is an arm off the throttle attached to the accelerator pump, it may have come loose like mine did...tiny little slip pin holds it in, mine snapped after it put it all back together. Quote
