Yeah since the last posts i made I've done a few bits and got more goodies, quick list for reference :-P: -118/9k original ;-) -Whole block rebuild less than 20,000k ago -re-built carb, re-jetted and cleaned/replaced everything -Top Gun 8mm leads -Bosch Iridium plugs -GT40r coil+new resistor -Kelway strut brace -xt130 lca's with new nolathane(not fitted come as extras) -cannon -K&N 6in round filter, got some supercheap one atm -lowered+hardened auroras -15x6.5in ANZ Wheels -Toyo proxes4 195/50 15 well maintained rotated etc -Stereo:Pioneer head unit, 3 way 400w 6x9s, soundstream amp+12in sub, wired everything myself but pro job (can come with choice of head units and the 6x9 but sub and amp are already out -Adjustable bucket(drivers) custom mounted -Autotechnica gear knob -vac gauge fitted in gauge cluster (in a cup) -Hardened clutch (unsure specs) -bendix pads front, rear shoes (new) -locker and spare axles (need to be installed) -ajps springs (6kg? not in) -aftermarket wheel -painted dash+console,re-trimmed door cards -Also since the rebuild the car had been a work hack and had just got license back before taken off the road again, 1 point for ages so pretty much always 'sensible' driving done, always run on 98 and serviced on schedule or before, tires same story. -clear front indicators, 4500k lights(driving) 4500k parkers, smid indicators(front) ***ALSO**** As the damage from old man bumping me is all fixed and everything newly painted/bumper re-coated etc done through insurance, quarters still grey but got paint and primer, may get around to it but its there too, got spare headlights, 2x front bumper ind and spare corner lights too. And yeah i know full well that i may regret this car leaving BUT I've barely enough time to sleep/eat in between working last 12 months and now on full license and opportunity came up to get another toy that couldn't be missed, my 31 is gone and the Honda i had, if i keep it its going to get cage, coils+big brakes, harness, gutted interior, if it was one that had 400000km then i wouldn't care but as my new toy is more practical even after we finish building new motor for that then the rolla will see daylight once a year and this option at least someone else can do it justice, it kills me just knowing the literal blood sweat and tears this car has seen/caused but if someone interested has appreciation for it then all the work I've done isn't wasted at all

Just an EOI but thinking of moving the old girl onto another keto lover and wondering what it'd get on the market? I've seen ones that are absolute crap going for 3k+ and i know what it owes me and the hours of my own time that have been spent.... oookkkkkk quick update!! my dodgey scrounging has netted me a 'new'replacement passenger seat as the CA silvia one that's been in there for a decade was held in securely by 1 bolt and mangled rails :-/ also found a mad little shroud so I cam finally pop my clutch fan in the bin! any opinions?? 12 inch would fit primo in this shroud but I'm unsure bout effective sizing... also is there a relay under the bonnet for a 12v fan or should I just have it on a switch?? also found another rocker in the depths of my parents shed so painted it and will likely fit it tomoz! ps: also managed to get the old coot that ran into me to fix my whole front end!! his treat... some people are just so generous!! (read:he's paying for the damage I did 2 years ago and just Too lazy to getting to :-P) hopefully more to come tomorrow/today but the real good stuff comes after the 30th!!

Why would I need conversion spacer?? Pretty sure every drift tek is 9 hole 114.3x4 and 114.3x5.... And cause of my previous hasty wheel purchase and being pretty much lied to by unsaid wheel and tyre shop, I ended up getting bolt-ons anyway, so they'd fit!! :-P and look balla dumped inc mad camber<3

They are magical 9's!!! 17x8 +34 with 215/45s and they are 5 stud, but I'm just magical and all that!! o_O

Teks on the rolla? Idk if they'd even fit so if YOU do opinions/knowledge shared would be boss :-P

The repairs of days long gone!!!

Lol, I got those cheap and new, nothing like rims in bags ;-) got bout 6 other sets I slowly have gathered for my track beast, its a Nissan (don't hit me :-/) besides, aside from engine $$ I'm having to go back over the whole car amf fix all the F^£K¥D UP DUMB 'Yeah this is cool' stuff I did when I was 15, that in actual fact DOESN'T even look decent now that I'm straight more than 5% of my day :-/ I'm seeing other builds amf I feel bad I can't give you guys stripped Interior shots and rust repair, but thankfully, this car knows NO RUST!! Downside is some old wank rolled back into me on west tce yesterday before work and pretty much everythings come to a halt due to a smashed bumper/popped bonnet/cable-tied indicators and to top it off the quote is going through the roof.... It WAS banged up by me ages ago and left with multiple colours on the front, but now, thanks to deaf senile old codgers from rich areas my old 'decent but ugly' repair will be turned overrated once again!!

Engine wise... Well currently I've just pulled out my old 32/36 and sending it off for a re-build, cams being done, tuned length extractors and 1.75/2in zorst on order, grabbed some xt130s the other week, they're currently drying from a savage clean and fresh lick, ready for nolathane lurve, welded diff going in cause my numb 2 diff has almost given up from my constant booting of the clutch, I could go on for ages.... Basically this is 4 lines of $$$$$$$

Just cause I suck at suspense... Got the whole block torn down and cleaned, pretty much new everything motor-wise, new diff, hardened clutch (still going!!!) little cat back to a cannon I had hanging round the house, new...well....everything!! By this stage I was only at bout 80k, didn't screw round and just did every possible moving element in one hit, my mechanic is a certified pimp mind you cause even after 4 weeks of labour and boxes of parts I only forked out just over a grand!! While he was at it I also had the stocker 4k (read: POWAHAUS!!!!) aisan carb re jetted and drilled slighty so it now ran like a demon, sounded like it worked in a bordello on a Friday night and even on brand new rubber on 15in I was pulling 3rds lol! Funny seeing peoples faces when a lil yellow rolla goes screaming past sideways at 8k XD

These are old school lol, thought id just get yous sweatin, was looking through SA spotted and I'm surprised there was no mention lol :-P this thing was hard to miss when it was clean, thick drift pig inc mis matched panels in grey, massive zorst and some set lil 15z ;-)

All pretty and shiny before going into a dark little shop for 4 weeks for a tear down :-P if my mind serves me correctly I'm pretty sure it took about 10 or 12 hours over 2 days to get all those 5+ years of dust and grease off! Small price I say to make it look like this! Wish I had taken close-ups then, I've seen less reflection in mirrors, not bad for nearly 30 year old with original paint!! :-)

Cheers man! Only took 5 hours of getting the rear end loose it was that heavily seized! Sledge hammer and chisel solve all these types of things apparently ;-)

Finally after about a million years and way Too much $$$ I'm getting around to sharing my keto, had it for 10 years now (7 off the road) and slowly (read: snail) I've been getting bits done for the last 2/3 years. Now I got it from some old lady down south with a stupidly low 65k on it as my first car, after pretty much completely Jing it out with massive straight pipes, longchamps and 'custom' low, then in turn losing my license for 5 years the poor keto was returned to rock stock after 20k (and 2 clutches and 1 diff) and left to rot at my parents till couple years ago to be treated to the complete overhaul it deserved, with a newly installed meaty diff and hardened clutch it seemed all its dramas (and mine were over) well, we all know what happens now....
