So not a bolt in affair? I'm pretty bad when it comes to cars but I hope my mate can help me.

Would it be a good ideato do a 13t-u conversion into my ksev? I am thinking about buying a defected t18 (on the forum here) and putting the motor in. How hard would this conversion be and what else would I need ? Any imput is good. I would have searched but I don't know how on my iPhone

The wheel size I wanna use is probably 14's no bigger than 15's that's for sure, I'll be keeping the vent in black too I think.

They are new a week ago I did the Leeds dizzy cap and rotor button then plugs. The end of the Leeds that the spark plug goes into was loose too so I pushed it in abit now it grabbs better seems too run good it has about1/4 a tank

hey guys not long bought my first corolla,its a yellow ke70 and now I'm hooked. I'm planning on doing some cosmetic work first because i don't have the money or relevent knowlage to do a engine conversion yet. i have a few plans for her and so far these are my ideas. 1:wheels, I'm thinking some kind of mesh with a little bit of dish and a black centre. 2:lowering, probably just low springs not sl and some good shocks i want a firm ride but not too hard. 3:little things,fender mirrors (black) the ones on a kinda shaft, boot lip also black,chrome bumpers and maybe a front lip not sure what what kind though either the classic ones or a small black one that runs along the very bottom 4Paint, would lambo yellow be too much or look killer? this is the front lip i like.

she has fuel i pushed in two leads a little bit on the dizzy and she seems to be ok now, do you think that should be it? i only ask because it did this yesterday (ran fine then later chaged its mind) I'm thinking when one lead came loose the movement from it running on 3 cylinders made the other come loose more?

There was a loose leed, now it starts and ran yesterday we did laps in the back yard, today started ran for a minute then just cut out, no chugging just cuts out Edit: ran with a little bit of throttle then chugged and cut out

Yeah that's the one maybe in a few years they will be cheap but due to almost all of them being used as work cars the km's would be high.

What pluggs would u recommend and would u know the part number? The lewd that is closest to the front of the car is loose,they are brand new Leeds.

They are just Ngk plugs from super cheap part number is 7327/bp5ey. I'm not good with cars but it was running fine before I changed them,

Changed my spark plugs on my ke70 last night and now it won't start, we did them one by one so they are in the right order. When it first turned over the dizzy cap was loose (usual sputter and noise) put cap back on and won't start. The plugs have spark it nearly started but the cut out Need help plz

I'm curious, would the 2.7lt hilux motor I think it's a 2tfe fit in a ke. We have a work mate as a company car where I work and it seems to go pretty good, and takes some pounding from some of the boys at work lol. I think it would be a sweet motor but unsure if there would be any problems fitting it. Has anyone tried to put one in a roller or would it be too costly and too unknown as aposed to a 4age that has been done many times. Just a thought,

Maybe Monroe made the shocks for pedders but with pedders specs and preferences, I think I will be purchasing pedders.

I was looking at info on pedders and found this thought it maybe of interests It was posted in 03 on toymods so things may have changed, I'm looking at getting shocks soon and found it interesting. Now I don't know what to believe. The big top secret Pedders does not want anybody to know is that their shock absorbers are made by Monroe. As we all know Monroe Shocks are way cheaper than Pedders brand shocks and are the same thing with red paint on them instead of Monroe blue!! Their front end parts are all made in Taiwan, in the cheapest factory Ron could find, re-boxed and re-badged with the Pedders logo on it and sold for top dollar their polyurethane bushes are made by Red Ranger (Nolathane).The icing on the cake is that Pedders own Rally cars do not utilise Pedders shocks or struts they use Bilstein!! How is that for trusting your own products!! Pedders foam cell 4x4 shocks are the biggest load of shit on the market as they have a high failure rate especially on coil sprung vehicles like Nissan patrols. I should know, because all we did at our O'connor store was change over 4x4 shocks under warranty!! There were alot of unhappy Pedders customers.

Mine was a ba xr6, had it flash tuned, exhaust, extractors f6 typhoon intake Made 182.6 rwk too bad it was as heavy as a house and was auto.

Think I would rather try find a e7 lip first. Then I could try make a mould then make many more :P
