hey guys i would like some more info on the big brake upgrade for a ke30/55 using the corona sturts etc.from what i understand is that u use sigma l.c.a. hilux rotas and i think i have read peguot calipers,but what i would like is more info on is what year and make sigma,hilux etc these parts come from if anyone on here has this info it would be a great help also is it a straight bolt on conversion or is there adoptor plates needed as well or is there a link on can go to Cheers Matt

so what are you saying not to use the gt30/35 an use the other one iwas planin on using the gt30 as i want some serious power in the the ke55. There is nothin stock about my engine its a fully custom built 4g63 running a aftermarket ecu,plenum etc i plan to make big power with it

hey guys thanks for the info but the reason i was thinkin about changing it was just for room as i am running a big turbo on the 4g63 an it is gonna be tight for the turbo an steering box an dump pipe but i guess we can play with it an go from there. And the gearbox i am using 2.7lt w/series 5 speed steel plated one cheers Matt

hey guys i am half way though buildin this car just wondering if any one has done a steering box to steering rack conversion now havin the 4G63t mounted in the car i am thinkin i might have a tad more room with a steerin rack instead of the standard steering box i was thinkin something along the lines of a KE70 front end etc.Just some extra room for turbo an dump pipe i have the room now but it is tight any info would be great cheers Matt I will have some pics of the conversion soon

Hey guys i am looking to the brake upgrade whats the go with the cressida MX62 upgrade i was of the understanding that i could use the hole strut assembly from top to bottom just have to change the top hat with the KE55 one and use a RA60 LCA to keep everything sweet is this true for a KE30/55 i keep seeing post of guys saying use a bit of this an a bit of that eg ST141 strut,MX62 caliper etc has someone done this conversion already an has it worked with no problems PLEASE POINT US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!!!!!! Hey guys just wondering if anyone has the info on what I'm chasing wanting to do a brake upgrade on my KE30/55. I used to own a Ae86 an i done the cressida front brake upgrade on it my questions is, Is the ke front end similar the the AE86 cause if so i was lookin at doing the similar upgrade if not could someone steer me in the right direction or have some info for a sitable upgrade. Also the KE has an auto in it its going manual so i need to find a peadl box or mod something to fit Cheers Matt

Hey thanks or all the info guys i will be giving the 16/17/18s all ago yes maybe it is for the wank factor but the car has large brakes all round you sort of need that on a car that makes 400-500hp the reason i was askin for this info was if i could get away from tubing it i just wanted that opion Keep a eye out as i will be postin pics of this car shortly an yes it is modifired an has full rego in qld :cool:

what are the widest wheels i can put on a ke55 sedan i am hoping to get 8inch wide under it if i can't i am going to tub it any info will help also does anyone know where i can get info on that orange ke55 (NSW car) with it looks like it has been tubed also i would love to be able to find some info on his build Cheers Matt
