has any one fitted a bigport 4age head on a smallport 4agze bottom end?

righto.. I'm running a mircotech lt10s 4age in my sprinter no MAF or o2.. and just rebuilding a 4agze with a t28 on it but i need to know if i can run all the std wireing and just get a new tune??
