can anyone help i am wanting to put a decent bit of hp in my ke70 i want to put a turbo or stock quick motor in it waant something cheap and nt have to do much any ideas what motor i should use?

5K I hear is a bit quicker than a bog stock 4K. They drop in I'm told. There's plenty of go fast bits for K engines someone said once.
Look it up, there's a forum for that.

Something fast, reliable and cheap simply doesn't exist. Pick 2 of the 3, and see how far the rabbit hole leads you.. Set aside 4 to 5 grand and you'll come out with something semi descent, if done properly ~ reliable & legal. :)
