My name is Joseph and i live in New Zealand
I'm currently running a 1978 ke30 corolla. with the vinyl roof :P . I have got extractors and dual downdraft carbs at the moment.
I have got a ke70 4k sitting at my dads place and will chuck it in wen i got the time.
Bear with me cause iv got some questions. Also just purchasing a ground cam unknown of specs but the guy worked at kelford cams (nz)
Would my 3k head on the 4k make much of a difference in compression? I heard that they down nothing unless the head was from a 3k-b engine?
Has anyone here had experiences with ramflo air filters catching on fire?
What has everyone got/recommend in the way of air filtration? should i go with a pod type CAI set up?
After I'm done getting my flywheel lightened (not to much) what should my next step be?
When I'm done i think I'm planning to spend around 1k-2k on my motor. Is it worth doing this to a 4k? what can i expect in the the end? How much does the 4age coversion (non turb) usually cost?
