  2. I have some 2" lowered lovells springs I understand i need to shorten the struts to use them and use VOLKSWAGEN Golf Mkl shocks . anyone done this?
  3. I just got a big port head and manifold and i want to install my 32/36 weber. should the primary be on the left or right. looking at photos online half must be installed wrong. what is the wright way to install it.

  6. i'm thinking of getting a 285 or a 275 cam i have c dish pistons 40 thou oversize , 3k head and compression ratio 10.5 1. I haven't decided on what carby maybe twin 40 side drafts or a single i don't know if twins would be two big.
  7. It's not a bigport head . the rockers are adjustable they look the same as 4k rockers. maybe i could use A12 pushrods, 202 lifters and use my 3k cam.
  8. What’s the difference between 3k,4K and 5k rockers? Is it the height? would I need to get my cam reground to suit solid lifters?

  11. The engine has D dish pistons The 5k had a blown head gasket. I haven't found any cracks in the head. The 3k head is in a working car. I haven't removed it yet.

  13. I'm rebuilding my 5k engine I have 3k head and a 5k head. What is the best to use on a 5k? I have heard that the 3k head has higher compression but is it a better head? Would i be better modifying my 5k head?
