The AJD juggernaut rolls back into town once again in 2010! This year, we’re aiming to roll out 5 events across the nation, but of course we’re starting where it all began, in Adelaide. To try and avoid the monsoonal weather conditions of the last couple of years, we’ve moved this year’s event forward to 28 February, and we’ll be back at Wigley Reserve, Anzac Highway, Glenelg. This year, entrants will need to pre-pay via PayPal (using a credit card or paypal account) with your application before it can be accepted (if you don’t have PayPal and credit card facilities, contact us and we can process your application manually), to save us the dramas of chasing up no-shows from previous years. Aside from that, what else has changed? Ummmmm…well…not much really. It’s still $10 for entrants, free for spectators (although we’d appreciate a gold coin donation), and all profits raised from the Adelaide event this year will go to the Cancer Council SA. The event is only about six weeks away, so don’t dilly-dally, fiddle-faddle or piss-fart around, entrant numbers are limited so it’s first-in first-served! I went to an exhaust shop yesterday and they quoted a similar price but, i'm not really keen on spending 2/3rds the price of the car on a peashooter.. :lolcry: I was also told and shown the parts book that had 4-5 different models (depending on the age of the car). One even had two inlets up at the manifold end..

I was planning on either going to a wreckers or u-pull-it or such or finding someone with one. But i don't want to get one that doesn't fit. :jamie:

Yeah, i managed to get it off... I found a bold that fit (what i assume is) the removal tool holes and levered from under that to the centre bolt with a screwdriver.. One skinned knuckle is better than two missing teeth.. :no2: Now i just need to find a boss kit to suit and isotta wheel and i'm sorted. :y:

I'v got the horn bit off and the nut loosened, but i can't get the wheel off the spline. And advice on how to do it without a removal tool?

Where do I get this stuff? I want to put it on my KE20. I'd assume it's difficult to get original stuff. Are there places that sell lengths of chrome striping that you can cut to length and cap yourself?

What's out there? for a 5 or 6 inch wheel.. as above, to fit a KE20. And where can I get them (second hand prefered)

I'm someway along the path... ie... it's lower... before after I like the way it sits now... And I grabbed myself some hubcaps for the 14 inch wheels i don't have.. Well.. i have 2 only the way.. I just need to find another two. This sort.. This all happened in January.. Now here's the latest pic.. :wink: All i really need to do is bleed (or flush and bleed) the brakes and i can start driving the thing...
