Man i love that digital dash, is that factory?

Gave the J-port a miss, above reasons were alot to do with it, mate talked alot of sense into me
the next purchase with be either a fc or fd front cut, will save alot of time finding all the parts i need
and i can sell off the extra bits i won't use, next thing after that is finding a suitable diff
most likley hilux don't want a r31 they are ratshit, and 9" might be over kill for a car that
will probably do 11's

You know I love rotors but I'd never have a J-port for anything but a track or weekend only fun car.
Think of it as a road car with a MASSIVE cam shaft in it.
You do know what a J port is? There's other issues about them that make them nearly a race only motor..... like blocking up and grinding out water jackets.
Yeah it's not really a daily mate, my work is only 5 minutes away and i use an old sv21 to get to work.
I was looking at bridgeys and that but i this one is smack on the dollar and its a fresh motor, i know they
are a fairly aggressive port and are pretty much the biggest you can go before a PP and yeah i understand
about the water jackets etc, i have to find out who built the motor etc first...

Luke, You've hit the nail on the head there mate, i've been in plenty of cars in my time but nothing turns my head
or makes me smile more than a ported rotor on idle, or giving a 13bt a bootful!!
Just finished cleaning the t50 for the new owner, it came up pretty good but i am covered head to toe in grime and shit
and i am drenched from the pressure washer, only 3 more hours of work to go!!
If i can i might try and buy an early first gen rx7 and pull all the running gear out for the KE, if i have the heart to
pull one apart haha.

Lol settle guys, it was a joke, i put ls1's, 1/2jz, 13bt in the same leauge
all tough as nuts, i was brought up around v8's old man had a xe 351 cam etc
blokes that worked for him had xy falcons, xa coupes, monaro's etc
Used to be my cup of tea but not anymore, the tonner should get moving with that baby! This one is one of my favs

HAHA! Nothing's been sold yet !! lol, We will wait and see what happens!
Although i will still go ahead prepping the rest of the car, fuel system, pedal box,
Waiting to hear from you on that front Grille when you get a chance,
Haven't had too many inquiries about the motor so it looks pretty safe for the time
being, might ring my mate and see if he's got enough time to come around
and finally sort out the engine mounts!!

I was going to source something from Craig at Just JDM, I think he had RWD setups
if not i was going to do similar to Cuzzo and convert a FWD one, still works the same :P
It is a shame but i am a rotor man at heart and if it doesn't sell i'm still going to
put the 4AGE in the car and i'm sure i'll be happy with it.
Taz, I know, worst thing i ever did was sell my tidy Series 4, i miss finishing work
and looking forward to a drive home in the beast!!
I'm sure a standard s4/5 motor with a hi-flow will make me poo pants in the little rolla.
