Well after the success of the first one in December last year, we have decided to organise another one on Friday night March 8th at Harry's Cafe at Liverpool. It will be basically the same as before, as in turn up anytime after 7.30pm and grab a bite to eat, check out the cars, catch up with friends and hopefully make some new ones. All pre 1985 Toyota's in any shape and form are welcome, be they stock, modified, street, show, JDM, rat style, daily drivers. Just dust them off and bring them out. Well jambo was yesturday, was good to meet a few members on here, big thanks to kev for crewing for me and getting the car to the track.... car went ok at the track, ran low 12's all day, had a bad missfire during burnouts and top end of the track, after looking to find the problem for a while, a keen eye by kev spotted some corrosion in 2 coil lead plugs, Cleaned it all up and was running good again, unfortunately, by my own error stuffed up the start of the launch, i got eliminated in the 2nd round ...sucks coz the car was running quite consistent all day...but thats racing for ya...now I'm keen to get all the body work done and get this thing regoed for some cruise…

i may not have the flashest looking corolla, or the horsepower to keep up but that can't stop me from organising a club meet, right??? and it would give me a chance to meet some fellow faces of rollaclub so i am planning a day out from sydney to wollongong on sunday the 18th of march... the starting point will be cumberland highway macdonalds/krispy kremes in liverpool at 10-10:30 then we will head down heathcote road onto princes highway at heathcote and on to stanwell park for a breif hiatus/refuel (if need be), then on down to wollongong where we will have a bbq lunch at stuart park... i will do a run around for the bbq coz i should be able to get snags and bread …

Well, Al Palmers Show has been run for another year. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side with intermittent showers but that didn't dampen the enthusiasm. Numbers were down with about 22 cars turning up. There were a few Mr2's, classic celica's, classic crowns, immaculate mk2 corona, and a few restored various models. Corolla wise there was Marty and Mick from radrollaz, two late models from Sydney rolla club, two original ke20's, a ke15 Sprinter and myself. There were a few Toyota's outside that were nice too.
