  1. ..... cause a normal dizzy with contacts will bounce at higher RPM, an electronic dizzy doesn't have this problem......

    so that why my rpm meter alway bouncing at 5-7krpm....i thought it was the effect of the road bumpy.

  2. my 4ag in ae80 use to do this. just simpl take out the top cover and cut the lower belt cover. the sound is great...plus u can see ur belt condition.but that for a ff, for fr i think it would be best to cover it up.due to it position facing the gril.chances for UFO to get in is high....repeat I THINK!!!

  3. OK...i set my idle at 1000rpm. but in the cold start it drop to 600rpm and giving me pain in the ass to start it in the morning. it keep stalling.

     

    is it do me any good to equip me 3k with electronic distributor?(it doesnt use contact point)

  4. just don't pay any attention to them....usually when their ask me like that i will say..."what the point of buy new car and then u keep change the stock car part for performance car part???"

  5. I've set mine on my 4AGE up a bit higher because at low RPM my battery doesn't charge and my oil pressure drops very low.

    what!!! stock k idle at what, i just set it to 800rpm. before was 1000rpm.

    alamak nanti pressure minyak tak naik, mati aku!!! :P

  6. guys, what are the effect if my idle is at 800rpm compare to 1000rpm? other then stuck in traffic fuel comsumtion, what are the effect to the engine performance?

  7. Side Draft Webers (DCOE40 or similar) and a good torquey cam like a 25/65 with heaps of lift or a 70/30

     

    Should give you about 110-120+ Horsepower at your engine :P

    nice....got twin dcoe 40 but the cam...emmmm

    this setup is with engine? 3k,4k or 5k? estimate torque???
